…The CrossFit Merge Winter Throwdown, that is. Are you ready to test your fitness in a multiple WOD competition against your fellow Mergers? Our last Throwdown was an absolute blast and this one is going to be even bigger and badder. Yeah, I said it.
This is open to all CrossFitters of all levels. Anyone that wants to compete can and should, regardless of experience or ability. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

10 ring dips
Rest 10 minutes
10 minute AMRAP of:
7 toes to bar
7 box jumps (30″/24″ for women)
