Bring A Friend Day

‘Bring a Friend Day’ is back!

This Sunday, January 8 at 10:00am is your chance to introduce CrossFit to a friend.  Know someone that’s been itching to give CrossFit a try?  Well, bring ’em in on Sunday.  It will be a team workout that anyone and everyone will be able to do.

The normal 11:00am class is still on as well.  So if you don’t have any friends, I’ll see you at 11.  Kidding!

The 2012 CrossFit Games season is getting close.  Are you excited?  It’s going to be big this year so stay tuned right here for more details.

Tuesday’s Workout

For time, complete:

400 meter run

20 kettlebell swings (53#/35# for women)

12 burpees

400 meter run

20 box jumps (24″/20″ for women)

12 burpees

400 meter run

20 wall ball shots (20#/14# for women)

12 burpees

400 meter run

20 knees to elbows

12 burpees

400 meter run

20 lunges

12 burpees

The year 2030 is going to suck.  That’s a lot of burpees.
