Don’t forget about The CrossFit Merge Holiday Part this Saturday at 6:30pm!

Bring your friends and family for some good food and good times.  It’s a potluck, paleo or non-paleo, it’s all cool.  Adult beverages as well.  There will be some fun games and prizes, dancing, and even Karaoke!  We may even see Burpee Mike perform Born to Run!

Workout of the Day (WOD):

12 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:

12 kettlebell swings (53#/35# for women)

6 burpee box jumps (24″/20″ for women)
