That was most certainly true for the Masters competitors at this year’s CrossFit Games. Men and women, ranging in age from 45 to 73, were doing clean and jerks, handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, and burpees.
They were inspiring to watch and are proof that true fitness is a lifelong pursuit. Congratulations to all the Masters competitors and to everyone else that refuses to let age limit their ability to enjoy an active life.
