A Weekend of CrossFit

Thanks to everyone that came out Friday night for dinner.  And big thanks to coach Cory for putting everything together.  It was a good time and we’ll plan to have these Friday night dinners on a monthly basis.  Anyone have suggestions for next month’s location?

And here are some photos from the weekend workouts.

On Friday we went long, way long, 45 minutes long to be exact.  45 minute AMRAP of run 400 meters, 20 burpees, 30 kettlebell swings.  20 minutes in, and you still had 25 minutes to go!

Nothing brings a couple together like a 45 minute WOD.  Kenny and Christina  posted the top scores in the gym with 10+ and 9+ rounds respectively.

Chris, Jenn, and Kendra were up bright and early for Saturday’s workout. 

Squatting, a fundamental movement in CrossFit, and we like to do a lot of it.
