Heavy Squat Thursday

Wow!  People were squatting huge numbers yesterday.  Weights that were previously 1 rep maxes were now 3 rep maxes, for three sets.  How can you argue with progress like that?  Great job CF Mergers.

Skill:

Back Squat

3 x 3 (same weight)

Workout of the Day (WOD):

12 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:

5 burpee pull-ups

10 wall ball shots (20#/14# for women)

Elements WOD:

15 minute AMRAP of:

14 jumping pull-ups

14 wall ball shots
