Paleo Challenge Results

Reminder that Paleo Challenge winners will be announced on Saturday via the website and Facebook page, so be sure to get your measurements done and feel free to come to open gym hours today at 5:30 pm if you want to retest some benchmarks.

Skill:

250 meter row sprints x3, rest 30 seconds between

5 – 10 – 5 shuttle drills

Workout of the Day (WOD):

10 minutes of max burpees

At the start of the workout and every minute, perform 5 wall balls shots

Post total burpees to comments

10 minutes of burpees and wall ball shots, nothing short of an awesome time.
