How to Start Your Day

What to eat for breakfast can be quite a chore indeed.  Here are some tips from Mark’s Daily Apple for getting in a morning meal that doesn’t consist of toast, cereal, bagels, doughnuts, etc. 

Please note that you should try to avoid liquid nutrition, i.e. shakes, but if it comes down to a blended berry shake or Pop Tarts, go with the shake.

Monday

Skill:

Workout of the Day (WOD):

10 reps down to 1 of:

Deadlift (60% of your 3 rep max)

Ring push-ups

Wall ball shots (20#/14# for women)

Elements WOD:

12 minute AMRAP:

5 front squats

7 push-ups

9 weighted box step-ups
