What’s Your Plan?

And I’m not talking about your game plan for a workout.  What’s your plan when it comes to preparing your meals?  Do you grab the first thing in the fridge?  Is there a certain day when you prep all your meals for the week?  Can’t imagine breakfast without cereal or toast?

Skill:

1 rep max front squat

Workout of the Day (WOD):

5 rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters

15 front squats (95#/65# for women)

Elements WOD:

3 rounds for max reps of:

1 minute of row (calories)

1 minute of dumbbell thrusters

1 minute of burpees

1 minute of toes to bar

1 minute of kettlebell swings

Rest 1 minute between rounds
