Over the Hump

Busy week so far with some tough WODs in the books the last couple of days.  CrossFit can be tough on the body, so be sure to listen to your body and get in the rest and recovery.

We want to workout with intensity to get our desired results, but we can certainly over do it by training too much.  So train hard and smart.  And if you need a sports massage, we have them too, and for free!

Run around the block (~530 meters) then,

21 box jumps (24″ for men/20″ for women)

21 overhead squats (95# for men/65# for women)

15 box jumps

15 overhead squats

9 box jumps

9 overhead squats

Run around the block

Elements Class

12 minute AMRAP of:

7 push presses

9 box jumps
