The thruster, essentially a front squat into an overhead press, moves an object over a significant range of motion, one reason that makes it such an effective movement. The double under, two passes of the jump rope for every one jump of the feet. A higher skill movement in CrossFit that demands coordination, accuracy, and stamina. Combine the two exercises, thrusters and double unders, and you can get a pretty vicious workout, aka just another CrossFit WOD.
