Quite the Saturday

This past weekend at the gym was full of squats, swings, running, jumping, and learning.  In addition to our workouts, CrossFit Merge hosted a Paleo nutrition lecture from Rane Jameson of the The Metabolic Upgrade.  The lecture was loaded with great information about Paleo eating and its numerous benefits in terms of health, appearance, and performance.

If you missed it, no worries, because we are going to have a lot information on nutrition and eating in the coming weeks.

Saturday’s Workout

Run 530 meters

21 push-ups (as difficult as possible, clapping, slapping push-ups etc)

21 kettlebell swings

Run 530 meters

15 push-ups

15 kettlebell swings

Run 530 meters

9 push-ups

9 swings

Post times to comments
