Speed, power, strength, flexibility, coordination, accuracy…all adjectives that are associated with the clean.
It was great to see athletes that had never before done the clean start to piece the movement together and really dial in their technique. Their comfort and confidence in the movement went up, and so did their personal records. Learning new skills and trying different things is huge in CrossFit.
