Worse than Karen

Karen is a CrossFit benchmark workout that consists of 150 wall ball shots for time.  One movement, repeated 150 times.  Simple.  Fun.  Right?  Now throw some burpees in the mix.

150 wall ball shots for time.  Every time you break, perform 3 burpees.
