How We Roll

Sunday’s energy rolled right into Monday.  Athletes got their front squats and their metcon on.  Check out the hard work being done in the pics below.

5 rounds of:

30 box jumps (24″/20″)

15 kettlebell swings (53#/35#)

Andie got 150# for 1 rep but couldn’t quite get past that sticking point on the second rep.  So close.  Next time for sure.
