Score total reps/calories in 3 rounds of:

1 minute of wallball shots (20#/14#)

1 minute of sumo deadlift high pulls (75#/53#)

1 minute of box jumps (20″)

1 minute of push press (75#/53#)

1 minute of row for calories

1 minute rest

    seriously, this was, like, the hardest physical task i’ve ever had to do. can’t believe i’ll have to do it again at some point. score was 203 but the rx weight was much less for both men and women at my gym. and i used the lowest box. guess you’re just more badass at Merge.
